It may be argued that commercial outdoor grills & BBQ pits are the only way to get anything close to authentic BBQ flavor. Certainly any store or location that uses time-honored barbecuing methods is going to brag about that, and it's likely to be a major draw for the customers.

While anything can be barbecued on commercial outdoor grills or barbecue pits, top choices are often pork ribs of some cut or another. There are pork spare ribs and pork baby back ribs. There are also beef ribs and beef short ribs.. Slow cooking ribs is the best way to bring out the flavor, but you have to make sure that the ribs aren't being overcooked. Of course we shouldn't forget BBQ chicken!
That delicious delicacy can be another party favorite, and can be simple and easy to cook with your commercial BBQ pits. You'll want to make sure you have a favorite barbecue sauce on hand. You can grab a bottle or five from the store to have on hand, or you can use someone's tried and true recipe for barbecue sauce.
You're also going to want to make sure you have a marinade prepared for your barbecue. Marinating food can be a matter of a few hours, or even of a few days. The marinade helps to flavor and tenderize the meat.
Commercial BBQ grills & pits can be taken to a park location, for park-goers to be able to enjoy a cookout, without having to lug their own grilling equipment along. Some commercial barbeque pit pits are even attached to a motor and engine, so you can drive your BBQ right to the party. There are restaurant models, and portable models. You may see commercial BBQ pits at a fair or parade location. Most likely they'll be offering some delicious option for you to try.
CWhen dinner is over, the barbecuing doesn't have to be done! You can barbecue your dessert too! You might want to start with something like barbecued fruit, and move on from there. You can pick from all sorts of fruits, including pineapples and bananas. You can even move on from there to a grilled banana split. These are made like a regular banana split, but with bananas cooked on the barbecue.
Remember to cook plenty of food, whether you choose to grill chicken and pork, vegetables or desserts . You're sure to have some people eating more than you expected them to, and even if you have a lot of the BBQ meat left over, you can freeze it and eat it again later.
For use after freezing, you'll want to be sure it's well wrapped, to avoid freezer-burn. You can choose to put the frozen ribs straight into the oven, or you can choose to defrost it first. Your best bet for the best results may be defrosting in the fridge, but you can defrost in the microwave as well. Another option is stapling the meat in an oiled brown paper bag, then heating the meat on a rack in a roasting pan filled with water.
