VisionMaster offers caster steer trailers with load capacities to 6,000 Lbs. The trailers are produced utilizing heavy duty steel frame construction with steel cross angle members for mounting swivel and rigid caster wheels. Standard mold-on rubber wheels with polyurethane, phenolic and pneumatic wheels available. Standard hardwood deck with smooth plate steel, safety plate steel or open deck available. Reinforced rounded corners to protect and prevent damage from contact with foreign objects. Removable pipe rack with rack pockets. Standard automatic spring loaded jaw and bail coupler with other coupler options available.

The swivel casters are corrosion-resistant zinc finish, 5/8” thick machined steel plate with precision raceway, 5/8” diameter ball load bearings with heavy duty thrust bearing, 1” diameter kingbolt with locking nut and 5/16” thick formed steel horn side members. Wheels are mold-on vulcanized rubber-tread wheels (Durometer rating 75A) on semi-steel center with roller bearings and grease fittings.
