VisionMasters has automotive steel trailers with load capacities to 10,000 Lbs. The trailers are produced utilizing heavy duty steel frame construction with steel cross members for optimal durability. The axle is steel construction with heavy-duty beam, knuckles, king pins and spindles. The automotive steering provides excellent tracking and trailing with optimal load maneuvering stability. Standard two-wheel steering running gear with four-wheel steer available. Standard smooth plate steel deck with safety plate steel, hardwood, or open deck available. Standard mold-on rubber wheels with polyurethane, pneumatic, and solid pneumatic wheels available. Standard front hinged drawbar loop tongue and rear pin & clevis hitch.

DESCRIPTION:
Frame: All welded heavy duty steel construction with steel cross members for underside reinforcement.
Deck: Heavy duty smooth plate steel deck for maximum operational durability and longevity.
Steering: Automotive steering utilizing precision geometry for excellent tracking and trailing maneuverability.
Standard DUAL-STEER (Two-wheel steer).
Axle: Heavy duty steel construction with beam, knuckles, king-pins, spindles and hubs with quality tapered roller bearings.
Wheels: Cushioned mold-on rubber tread permanently vulcanized to semi-steel center.
Couplers: Front hinged drawbar loop tongue and rear drop pin & clevis hitch.
Paint: NexGen technologies paint finish is a dual component poly urethane coating with high color retention with excellent impact and chemical resistance capability.
